油田地面分离旋流化技术展望

摘要: 分析展望了旋流分离技术在油田地面工程各领域中的可能应用;提出了以旋流分离为主体技术进行原油脱气、脱水、除砂以及气体、原油和污水净化的技术设想.从而在油田地面工程中全面采用旋流分离技术,使现有复杂、庞大、低效的常规重力分离流程,逐步为简洁、小巧、高效的旋流分离流程所取代,促进油田地面生产过程向管道化、密闭化、模块撬装化方向发展,提高系统的能量利用率、减少投资、节约运行费用.

Abstract: The prospective application of hydrocyclone separators in oilfield engineering is discussed.The hydrocyclone separation technology should be used as the main technique for separating gas/water/sand from crude oil,droplets from gas,separating oil from sewage as well.The overall application of this efficient separation technology in oilfield surface engineering would make the production system simpler,smaller and more efficient than the conventional gravity system.Also,it will stimulate the oilfield production process to be piping,hermetical and modular,hence increase energy efficiency,decrease investment and save operation cost.
