物理场致水泥浆改性实验研究

摘要: 应用物理场处理固井水泥浆,可以改变水泥浆的流变性.结果表明:经过磁场、静电场、中、高频电磁场处理的水泥浆,表观粘度和塑性粘度降低,流动度增大;减少了水泥浆失水量;水泥石的抗压强度提高.物理场处理与水泥减阻剂的协同效应,可以减少减阻剂的用量.

Abstract: Cement slurry's rheological characteristic can be changed by application of physics fields for treatment such as magnetic field,electrostatic field and middle or high frequency electromagnetic field.Its apparent viscosity,plastic viscosity and fluid loss are reduced while its mobility and crushing strength are enhanced.Furthermore,if friction reducer and physics fields are used together,the amount of friction reducer may be decyesed.
