抽油机井系统数学仿真技术

摘要: 以抽油机井系统为对象建立了数学仿真模型,模型中除了抽油杆柱和液柱的力学模型和运动模型外,还包括了电机特性模型、抽油机力学模型和运动模型.将这些数学模型联立求解,可更真实地描述抽油机井系统的运动规律,从而提供了一种研究不同特性电机驱动下抽油机井的运动和受力的方法.从仿真示例看,高、低转差率电机驱动的抽油机井在运动和受力方面均有较大的差异,因此,在实际应用及设计中应考虑电机的运动特性.

Abstract: A mathematical simulation model for the beam pumping well system was presented,including the mechanical model and the kinematic model of rod string,fluid column and of beam pumping unit as well as the motor behavior model.The dynamics of the beam pumping well system can be described in a more realistic way by solving the combined models,and hence a method for studying motion and forces of the beam pumping system driven by different types of motor is provided.The simulation results show that there exist remarkable differences between the beam pumping wells driven by high-slip motor and those by low-slip motor on the aspect of motion and forces.The motor behavior,therefore,needs to be considered in use or design.
