聚驱条件下高含水井层合理打开时机

摘要: 聚合物井网投产初期,对特高含水油井采取暂时关井、高含水饱和度油层实施分步射孔的措施,以获得良好的驱油效果和最佳的经济效益.本文根据聚合物流体性质和在油层中的渗流特征,考虑了油层中聚合物溶液浓度随时间和位置的变化,及聚合物粘度、油层渗透率的变化,建立了非均质不规则井冈条件下聚合物前缘位置和油水井动态预测模型,定量分析了高含水井开井和高含水层补孔时机对聚合物前缘推进速度、水井注入压力、聚合物驱油效果的影响,给出了聚驱条件下高含水井层的合理打开时机;在大庆采油-厂北-区PI组油层聚驱井网进行了实际验证和应用.

Abstract: When polymer wells initially put into production,production wells with extremely high water cut are temporarily shut off.Formation with high saturation is treated with perforation in order to obtain fine displacement efficiency and optimal economy benefit.Based the fluid properties and permeation characteristics of polymer in formation.The change of polymer concentration with time and position,and its viscosity as well as the formation permeability are taken into account.The model of polymer front and dynamic forecast is established on condition of heterogeneous and irregular well pattern.Quantitative analysis was make about the affect of time of opening well and perforation formation with high water cut on polymer front advance rate,injection pressure and polymer displacement efficiency.The reasonable time of opening well or formation with water cut is recommended.
