摘要: 提出了储罐系统可靠性设计参数(载荷、结构尺寸、材料性能)的计算方法.并采用8节点等参元有限元法计算了储罐结构应力,考虑了影响结构失效的两个不确定性因素:随机性和模糊性.根据断裂力学理论和模糊可靠性理论,建立了无泄漏储罐失效模糊极限状态方程.提出了计算结构系统模糊断裂可靠度的权函数综合法,该方法具有高的效率.给出了结构模糊断裂可靠度的综合表达式以及缺陷点处储罐系统的可靠度计算方法.

Abstract: A calculation method for reliability of design parameters of tank,such as load,dimension,material property,was proposed.The structural stresses of tank were calculated with the eight-dot limited element.Two undetermined factors for influencing structural failure,e.g.randomness and fuzzyness,were taken into account.A fuzzy critical state equation for describing failure of leak-free tank was established according to the theories of fracture mechanics and fuzzy reliability.A fuzzy weight function algorithm for calculating structural reliability of a tank was presented.A method for calculating the reliability of cracking on tank was also given.
