多相混输管路清管技术研究

Experiment study of pigging technology for multiphase flow in pipelines

摘要: 简要介绍了混输管路清管实验装置、数据采集系统和实验方法,得到了清管时的集液量、清管时间和压力流量等参数.讨论了混输管路清管时间的影响因素,分析了清管过程中起点和终点压力、流量的变化规律,并将实验结果与计算结果作了比较;这对混输管路的清管操作具有重要意义.

Abstract: The test loop,data acquisition system and experiment methods used for the pigging study are briefly introduced.The parameters of accumulated liquid in the pipe,pigging time,pressure and flow rate changes with time were measured in the experiment.The factors influencing the pigging time of multiphase flow in pipeline are discussed in the paper.The variation of the original and terminal pressure and flow rate in the course of pigging is analyzed.The data measured in the experiment are also compared with the calculated results.It is significant for the multiphase pigging operation.
