摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着钻井生产由粗放钻井向精细钻井的发展和油气开发的决策需要,必须配备生产井全过程钻井监测系统,以便对生产井的钻井过程进行全过程监测和对录井信息进行评价.针对生产井钻井过程的特点,设计研制了小型化、配置灵活、功能开放,成本较低的油气田生产井全过程钻井监测系统.现场应用表明,研制开发的软、硬件系统不仅能够为精细钻井和录井信息评价提供准确齐全的钻井参数,同时设计开发的录井专家系统还能够实时准确地对钻井过程进行状态判断,实现了实时指导钻井的目的.

Abstract: In order to meet the need of the decision-making on oil and gas exploitation,a total drilling monitoring system for production well is necessary to be used in drilling process of a production well to monitor the total drilling process and to evaluate the logging information,as the drilling process is changed from rough drilling to fine drilling in the drilling engineering.A total drilling monitoring system of production well was developed,according to the features of drilling process of production well.The system is characterized by miniaturization, flexible configuration,powerful function and low cost.It has practically been proved that all kinds of data can be accurately obtained and used to evaluate the logging information and fine drilling by using the developed system,and various real-time status can be also accurately distinguished by running logging expert system to supervise the drilling operation.
