有杆抽油系统无级调冲次工艺研究

Stepless stroke regulation technology for rod pumping system

摘要: 利用变频调速无级调冲次技术对有杆抽油系统采油工艺参数进行了综合研究及评价,结合最新研制生产的抽油机变频调速智能控制装置,分别进行了厂内台架试验及油田现场试验,从不同角度分析研究了抽油机无级调冲次工艺对抽油机平衡度、输入功率、电动机功率因数、油井日产液量、吨油耗电量以及抽油机泵效、系统效率等参数的影响。研究结果表明,在有杆抽油系统的抽油机、抽油杆、油管及抽油泵等配置保持不变的前提下,采用有杆抽油系统无级调冲次工艺可以优选抽油机最佳抽汲参数,并以此提高抽油泵泵效和系统效率,降低吨油耗电量,使有杆抽油系统的泵送能力不断与变化的井底流入条件相匹配,从而在一定程度上提高原油采收率。

Abstract: The different parameters of rod pumping system for oil production were comprehensively researched by using the variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) and stepless stroke regulation technologies.The newly produced intelligent VVVF controller for rod pumping unit was utilized in different experiments at plant and oilfield.The effects of the stepless stroke regulation techology on some parameters of rod pumping system,such as counterbalance,input power,power factor,yield per day,exhausted power for producing one ton of oil,pumping efficiency,pumping system efficiency,were also analysized.The results show that the stepless stroke regulation technology can be used to optimize the pumping parameters and increase the pumping efficiency and system efficiency while keeping the rod pumping unit,pumping rod,pipes and pump unchanged.In addition,it is possible to realize the balance between the pumping capacity and oil supply and enhance the oil recovery by adjusting the pumping stroke steplessly.
