三元复合驱提高原油采收率的三维物理模拟研究

3-D physical modeling of enhanced oil recovery by alkly-safactant-polymer flooding

摘要: 建立了三元复合驱纵向非均质油藏物理模型。在该模型上布置了压差传感器和饱和度测量探针,测量了三元复合驱的开采效果、压力场和饱和度场变化,研究了三元复合驱提高波及效率与驱油效率的宏观渗流机理。对于纵向非均质油藏,三元复合剂在油藏内的吸附、滞留、乳化等作用下使阻力增大、压力上升及流动转向。在平面上,三元复合剂从主流线流向两侧非主流线的剩余油区,驱替出剩余油,提高了平面上的宏观波及范围;在纵向上,三元复合剂从高渗透层内流向中低渗透层,提高了纵向波及范围。在三元复合剂的协同作用下,不仅驱替出高渗透层及主流线上的残余油,而且驱替出中低渗透层、非主流线上的剩余油。因此,三元复合驱可以提高波及效率和驱油效率,从而大幅度提高了原油采收率。

Abstract: The fluid flow mechanism in porous media for increasing swept efficiency and displacement efficiency in the alkali-surfactant-polymer (ASP) flooding was investigated by measuring production performance,pressure and saturation distribution with pressure transducers and saturation measuring probes in a 3-D physical model of vertical heterogeneous reservoir.In a vertical heterogeneous reservoir,the resistance increased,the pressure went up and the flow direction changed under the physical and chemical actions of adsorption, retention and emulsion of ASP agents in the reservoir.The ASP agents changed the fluid flow direction from the main stream to the two sides of non-main stream of remaining oil region and displaced the remaining oil in the plane direction to increase the plane swept efficiency.The ASP agents flowed from high-permeability region to the middle-low permeability regions in vertical direction,which increased the vertical swept efficiency.The ASP flooding not only displaced the residual oil in the main stream and high-permeability regions,but also displaced the remaining oil in the non-main stream and middle-low permeability regions by increasing swept efficiency.The ASP flooding can greatly enhance oil recovery by increasing the swept efficiency and displacing efficiency.
