热油输送管道泄漏点定位算法的改进

Improved algorism for leakage points localization in hot oil transportation pipeline

摘要: 为了提高热油输送管道泄漏负压波定位精度和效率,对负压波波速沿管程变化的定位算法进行了分析.由不等式推导出准确的泄漏点搜索区间,改进了泄漏点定位的数值计算方法.根据在管输温度范围内负压波波速与温度的近似线性关系以及原油沿程的温降规律,得到了热油输送管道泄漏点定位数学模型的解析表达式,提高了定位算法的运算效率和管道泄漏检测系统的实时性.

Abstract: In order to improve the localization accuracy and efficiency of leakage in hot oil transportation pipeline,the localization algorism based on the change velocity of negative pressure wave along pipeline was analyzed.The proper leakage localization domain was derived by using the inequality.The numerical algorism for leakage point localization was improved.According to the approximate linear relation of velocity of the negative pressure wave with pipeline transportation temperature and the temperature change of crude oil along the pipeline,an analytical expression of mathematical model for leakage point localization in hot oil transportation pipeline was put forward.This expression can improve the efficiency of localization algorithm and real-time ability of detection system for pipeline leakage.
