摘要:

螺线管随钻测距导向系统是一种邻井距离随钻探测的前沿技术,可用于精细控制蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)双水平井的井眼轨迹。螺线管随钻测距导向系统主要包括螺线管短节、传感器组和地面测距计算软件。把通电螺线管短节看作磁偶极子,得到了通电螺线管短节远场磁场分布规律;分别给出了两口水平井平行、会聚/发散和异面时的测距导向算法,这些算法不仅可以用来计算SAGD双水平井的间距和相对方位,而且可以用来确定这两口水平井会聚/发散及异面的程度。对螺线管随钻测距导向系统的测距导向算法进行的算例验证和分析表明,螺线管随钻测距导向系统测距导向算法的计算精度可以满足实际工程的需求,具有直接探测邻井距离的技术优势,避免了累积误差的产生,可以用来引导SAGD双水平井的钻进。

Abstract:

A solenoid ranging guidance system while drilling is an advanced technique for surveying the distance between a well being drilled and nearby wells, it can be applied to accurately controlling well tracks of twin SAGD horizontal wells. The solenoid ranging guidance system while drilling includes mainly a solenoid sub, a sensor package and a surface ranging calculation software. The magnetic field distribution of the energized solenoid sub can be obtained by using the solenoid sub as magnetic dipoles, which gives ranging and guidance algorithms of two horizontal wells, respectively, on conditions that the two horizontal wells are either parallel, converging/diverging, or skew. These algorithms can be used not only in calculating a distance and relative orientation from a SAGD injector well to the producer but also in determining the convergence/divergence and skewness of two horizontal wells. The present paper took some calculation examples to analyze and test ranging and guidance algorithms of the solenoid ranging guidance system while drilling. The result shows that the calculation accuracy of ranging and guidance algorithms of the solenoid ranging guidance system while drilling can meet the requirements of practical projects and the solenoid ranging guidance system while drilling has an advantage to directly measure the distance between two adjacent wells without any perceivable accumulative errors, therefore, the system can be utilized in drilling twin parallel horizontal SAGD wells.
