海水基压裂液研制

Development of seawater based fracturing fluid

摘要:

为了满足海上低渗油藏大型压裂需求,研究优选可用海水配制的压裂增稠剂和交联剂,形成了耐温150℃的海水基压裂液。该压裂液用过滤后的海水直接配制,无需屏蔽或除去Ca2+、Mg2+。实验表明压裂液与地层流体混合无絮状或沉淀,残渣含量仅为61.3 mg/L,对岩心基质伤害率低于20%;另外,增稠剂溶胀速度快,比常规瓜胶提高50%以上,可实现连续混配。通过GS16-23井先导性试验表明,海水基压裂液现场配制工艺简单,性能稳定,施工顺利。该井压前停喷,压后3 mm油嘴,日产油11.17 t、产气1×104m3

Abstract:

To achieve the large-scale fracturing of low-permeability offshore reservoirs, the fracturing thickening agent and crosslinking agent that can be prepared using seawater was studied and selected to form the seawater-based fracturing fluid with the temperature resistance of 150℃. This fracturing fluid is directly prepared with filtered seawater, not requiring the blocking or removal of Ca2+ and Mg2+. Experiments show that no flocculence or precipitation occurred when fracturing fluid was mixed with formation fluid. The residual content is only 61.3 mg/L, and the core matrix damage rate is less than 20%. In addition, the thickener swelling speed is faster than the conventional guar gum by more than 50%, leading to a continuous mixture. The pilot test of Well GS16-23 shows that the seawater-based fracturing fluid has simple preparation process, stable performance and smooth construction. The well pump is stopped before fracturing. After fracturing, the choke of 3 mm has the daily crude oil and natural gas yield of 11.17 t and 10 000 m3, respectively.
