威荣海相页岩气田页岩气富集机理及勘探开发关键技术

摘要: 针对威荣气田海相页岩气藏埋深大、优质页岩储层薄、轨迹控制难度大、钻井周期长、压裂改造难、单井产能低以及套变、压窜等复杂工况频发等问题,以落实资源潜力为导向,以提高单井产能、降低建井成本为目的,对威荣气田的成藏条件进行了系统解剖,揭示了研究区"优相控储、适演控位、优储控富"的成藏富集机理。其中,有利的沉积相带是优质储层发育和改造的物质基础,适宜的构造演化是储集性和含气性的重要保障,优质的储层是深层页岩气富集和有效动用的关键因素。攻关形成了深层页岩气储层精细描述技术、以工程"甜点"为核心的地质—工程"双甜点"评价技术、水平井地质导向技术、产能评价与井距优化技术、高效钻采技术以及绿色开发技术等关键技术,支撑了威荣气田千亿立方米探明储量的提交,推动了中国深层页岩气产量达30×108m3/a的大型产能建设项目的全面实施。在此过程中创新形成的勘探开发理论、技术与方法可有效指导川南地区资源占比高、面积分布广的深层页岩气的勘探开发。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the problems of deeply buried marine shale gas reservoir, thin high-quality shale reservoir, difficulties in trajectory control and fracturing, long drilling cycle, low single well productivity, as well as frequent occurrence of complex working conditions such as casing deformation and pressure channeling in Weirong gas field. Guided by the achievement of resource potential and aiming to improve single well productivity and reduce shaft building cost, the accumulation and enrichment mechanisms of "favorable facies controlling reservoirs, suitable evolution controlling location, and favorable reservoirs controlling enrichment" in the study area are revealed through systematic analysis of the accumulation conditions in Weirong gas field. In particular, favorable sedimentary facies zones provide a material basis for the development and reconstruction of high-quality reservoirs, suitable tectonic evolution can offer an important guarantee for reservoir quality and gas-bearing property, and high-quality reservoirs are a key factor for the enrichment and effective production of deep shale gas. A breakthrough has been made in key technologies such as fine description of deep shale gas reservoirs, geological-engineering sweet spots evaluation focusing on engineering sweet spot, geosteering of horizontal wells, productivity evaluation and well spacing optimization, efficient drilling, and green development, which have supported the delivery of one hundred billion of cubic meters of measured reserves in Weirong gas field, and promoted the full implementation of the first large-scale deep shale gas production capacity construction project with an output of 30×108m3/a in China. The innovative exploration and development theories, technologies and methods built in this process can effectively guide the exploration and exploitation of deep shale gas with a high proportion of resources and wide distribution in southern Sichuan Basin.
