超低渗透钻井液稳定井壁的作用机理研究

Interaction mechanisms of ultra-low permeable drilling fluid for stability of borehole wall

摘要:

利用可视砂床渗透、压力传递、吸附、扫描电镜和高精度显微技术以及承压实验,从微观和宏观方面研究了超低渗透钻井液体系作用机理。研究结果发现,超低渗透剂(YHS-1)能够迅速地吸附在井壁上,而且吸附能力强,达到平衡的时间短,吸附量很高。利用扫描电镜和超清晰显微技术研究发现,超低渗透钻井液能够在井壁和泥饼前端形成一层致密胶束膜,该膜进入岩石内部极浅,比较容易清除。页岩抑制和压力传递实验发现,该体系能够有效地降低孔隙压力在地层中的传递及抑制页岩膨胀,达到防塌的目的。从压力传递和承压实验发现,该体系能够形成柔性致密胶束膜及渗透率为零的封堵层,能够大幅度提高地层的承压能力,具有保护油层、稳定井壁和防漏的突出性能。

Abstract:

The different experiments were used to investigate the interaction mechanisms of ultra-low permeable drilling fluid for stabilizing the borehole wall in microcosmic and macroscopic aspects,including visible sand-bed penetration,pressure transportation,adsorption,SEM,high resolution microscope and pressurization of mud microstructure.It was found that the ultra-low permeable agent YHS-1 could be rapidly adsorbed on the borehole wall,and the adsorption capacity of the agent was great.The results of SEM and high-resolution microscope experiments showed that YHS-1 could form a tight micelle membrane between the surface of borehole wall and the front of mud cake.The tight micelle membrane could enter the shallow rocks and be easily removed.The shale inhabitation and pressure transmission experiments confirmed that the drilling fluid system could effectively reduce the transmission rate of pore pressure,inhibit the expansion of shale particles and also effectively prevent borehole wall from collapse.The soft micelle membrane could form a thin non-permeable sealing layer,which could distinctly enhance the pressurization performance of drilled formation.The ultra-low permeable drilling fluid has good performances,such as reservoir protection,stabilization of borehole wall and obvious leak resistance.
