钢丝绳杆泵抽油系统优化设计方法及现场应用

Optimization design of wire rope sucker rod pumping system

摘要: 应用系统工程节点分析方法,全面定量地计算了从油层到井口的整个系统钢丝绳和常规杆混合杆柱抽油井的供排协调点,合理地选择机-泵工作参数和混合杆柱组合,分析了杆柱的受力状况,预测了系统指标,包括产液量、冲程效率、泵效、井下系统效率。分析了主要抽油工作参数(泵深、冲程、冲次、泵径)对系统指标的影响,得出了考虑多目标指标下的油井优化设计方案。编制了钢丝绳杆混合杆柱的抽油井系统优化设计软件,设计软件在现场应用取得了较好的效果。

Abstract: A optimization method for design of wire rope sucker rod pumping system in wellbore was developed by means of system engineering nodal analysis. This design method can be used to quantitatively calculate the coordination point of inflow and outflow in wells, scientifically select pumping parameters and taper of rod, analyze force profile of compound rod comprised of wire rope, sucker rod and weight bar and also used to predict dynamic working states including output, stroke efficiency, pumping efficiency and downhole system efficiency affected by key pumping parameters such as pumping depth, stroke, frequency of stroke and pump piston size. The software worked according to this method was innovated. The calculation result by the software can provide theoretical references to the optimization of pumping parameters in wire rope sucker rod pumping system. The better benefits have been achieved in practice.
