海拉尔油田沉凝灰岩储层岩石稳定乳化压裂液的研制及应用

Emulsified fracturing fluid used for early screen-out of hydraulic fracturing in alkali sediment-tuff reservoir of Hailare Oilfield

摘要: 在对海拉尔油田碱性沉凝灰岩储层压裂改造过程中,经常出现前置液造缝顺利但加砂时发生砂堵的早期砂堵现象。对碱性沉凝灰岩岩石矿物学和岩石的水化实验研究发现,碱性沉凝灰岩储层具有强烈的水化作用。分析了常规水基压裂过程中水化作用导致早期砂堵的原因,研制了防止碱性沉凝灰岩水化的岩石稳定乳化压裂液。现场应用于24口井40个压裂层位,压裂施工均获成功。利用这种压裂液不仅解决了早期砂堵问题,而且油藏改造也取得良好效果。

Abstract: Early screen-out of hydraulic fracturing often takes place in alkali sediment-tuff reservoir of Hailare Oilfield. The mineralogical property of the alkali sediment-tuff reservoir of Hailare Oilfield and hydration test show that the alkali sediment-tuff hydrolyzes dramatically in water-base hydraulic liquid, which results in the early screen-out of stimulation. In order to prevent alkali sediment-tuff from hydrolysis during the fracturing process, a special emulsified hydraulic fracturing liquid is developed and successfully applied to total 40 pay-zones of 24 wells. All stimulations go on smoothly and always achieve better production. The reservoir property is improved with the emulsified hydraulic fracturing fluid.
