大庆油田葡北X断块套管损坏预测方法及矿场试验

Prediction method and field experiment of casing damage in Fault Block X of Daqing Oilfield

摘要: 对区域地应力场进行了数值模拟,根据套管载荷理论,提出了基于交叉偶极声波测井、方位井径测井等多种测试资料及地质动、静态信息的套管损坏危险性分析方法,制订了经济、适用的预测流程,建立了非均匀载荷下套管挤毁标准,形成了量化的、操作性强的矿场套管损坏预测技术.在大庆油田葡北X断块两个套管损坏危险区域进行了现场试验,在纵向上给出12口井部分深度段套管损坏高危险等级警报,根据预测结果及时调整了开发方案,使得该区块的套管损坏发展状况得到有效控制.

Abstract: The regional earth stress field was numerically simulated.According to the casing load theory,a new method was proposed based on multi-log data including cross-dipole logging and azimuth-caliper as well as the dynamic and static geological information for analyzing the risk of casing damage.An economic and practicable prediction process was set up.A criterion of casing damage under inhomogeneous stress was presented.A feasible prediction technology was developed.The field experiments for predicting two potential casing damage areas were carried out in Fault Block X of Pubei Oilfield in Daqing Oilfield.The warnings in the segment of high-risk casing damage of 124 wells were given.According to the predicted results,the development plan was adjusted in time,which enabled the casing damage trend in the block to be well controlled.
