高温高粘胶凝酸体系合成及性能评价

Synthesizing and capability estimation of high-temperature and high-viscosity gelled acid system

摘要: 为了适应富台油田和渤深6井区深层、高温碳酸盐岩油藏酸化压裂改造的需要,通过反相乳液聚合反应合成了一种新型的YLG-1高分子共聚物,将该共聚物溶解到盐酸中,可以形成一种新型的耐高温胶凝酸体系。室内实验表明,该胶凝酸体系在质量分数为25%的盐酸中,当温度达到170℃时,其粘度值仍大于25mPa·s。利用YLG-1胶凝剂配制的胶凝酸体系,可以有效地提高酸液的粘度,降低胶凝酸岩与碳酸盐岩岩心的反应速度,提高酸刻蚀裂缝的穿透深度。在富台油田和渤深6井区碳酸盐岩油藏的酸化压裂中取得了较好的应用效果。

Abstract: A new gelling agent YLG-1 for acid treatment and fracturing in Futai and Boshen-6 oilfields with high temperature and big depth was synthesized. The experiment shows that the viscosity of the gelled acid compounded by 25% hydrochloric acid and 1.5% YLG-1 gelling agent exceeds 25 mPa·s at 170℃. The gelled acid system prepared with YLG-1 gelling agent could provide high-viscosity acid, reduce fluid loss and reaction rate,and generate deeper fracture penetration when it was used in the acid treatment and fracturing in carbonate reservoirs of Futai and Boshen-6 oilfields. Good results have been obtained.
