摘要: 建立了能模拟多种分子量聚合物溶液混合驱油和聚合物黏弹性作用驱油机理的数学模型,该模型从弹性效应和黏性效应两个方面描述了聚合物驱油机理。弹性驱油作用的数学描述是:弹性能降低残余油饱和度,使油相相对渗透率提高;黏性驱油作用的数学描述是:聚合物能增加水相黏度,改善油水流度比及扩大驱替液的宏观波及体积。在多种分子量聚合物溶液混合驱油机理数学模型中,每一种分子量聚合物在油藏中流动满足各自独立的物质传输规律,在驱油机理上表现为多种分子量聚合物溶液浓度之和的总浓度总体驱油过程,驱油机理数学模型中的参数表示为各种分子量聚合物相应参数浓度加权平均的形式。所建立的模型能够模拟聚合物驱油提高微观驱油效率和流度控制驱油机理以及所发生的对流、弥散、扩散、吸附等物化现象。实际应用结果表明,该模型具有较强的实用性,可用于聚合物驱油的机理研究、矿场方案优选和开发效果预测。

Abstract: A new mathematical model for describing polymer flooding mechanism was developed.This model can be used to simulate the multi-polymer commixing flooding and polymer viscous-elasticity process.The mathematical description of elasticity effect implies that the elasticity of polymer can decrease the saturation of the residual oil and further increase the relative permeability of oil phase.The high viscosity of polymer solution can improve the mobility ratio between oil phase and aqueous phase.Therefore,it can expand sweep efficiency of displacing fluid.In the model of multi-polymer commixing flooding mechanism,each polymer flows in the porous media on its own ability,and the enhanced oil recovery process is resulted from the total concentration of all the polymers.The model incorporates with the physicochemical phenomena such as convection,dispersion,diffusion and adsorption.The simulation results of polymer flooding project demonstrate that this model is available for simulating the mechanism of polymer flooding,evaluating the feasibility of polymer flooding,optimizing the pilot plan and predicting the performance of oilfield development.
