气井A环空压力恢复与泄压实验

Experiment on pressure recovery and relief in the A annulus space of gas well

摘要:

国内外多个气田生产气井出现了不同程度的环空带压现象,尤以A环空最为严重,严重影响气井正常生产。针对气井A环空带压开展了压力恢复与泄压实验测试,分析了采气过程中不同初始气窜流量和气顶体积对稳定后的环空压力值及环空压力恢复时间的影响规律。研究结果表明,稳定后的环空压力值随气顶体积增加而增大,且环空压力恢复时间也随之增长;而初始气窜流量对稳定后的环空压力值影响甚微,但气窜流量的增加会减小环空压力恢复时间;泄压时长与泄压前的气体总量和环空压力有关,气体总量越大或环空压力越小,泄压时长越长。基于量纲分析理论,利用数学优化软件1stOpt(First Optimization)拟合了环空压力恢复时间与初始气窜流量、气顶高度、油管外径、液体密度等参数的经验公式,为实际气井A环空带压管理与控制提供参考。

Abstract:

There exists different levels of sustained casing pressure (SCP) in many gas production wells at home and abroad;especially,the condition in the A annulus space is most serious,which has severely threatened the normal gas production.In the present study,the pressure recovery and relief experiments were conducted on SCP in the A annulus space,by which the influence law of the initial gas channeling flow and gas-cap volume on the stable annular pressure and its recovery time was analyzed.The experimental results demonstrate that the stable annular pressure increases with the increasing gas-cap volume and its recovery time is prolonged;the initial gas channeling flow imposes a slight effect on the stable annular pressure,while the recovery time of annular pressure can be reduced by increasing the gas channeling flow;the pressure relief time is correlated with the total amount of gas and annular pressure before relief,i.e.,a greater amount of gas or a larger annular pressure will lead to the more prolonged pressure relief time.Moreover,based on the theory of dimensional analysis,the empirical formulae of the annual pressure recovery time,initial gas-channeling flow,gas-cap height,liquid density and the outer diameter of oil pipe were fitted using the mathematical optimization software 1stOpt (First Optimization),which can provide the reference for controlling SCP in the A annulus space in practical gas production.
