稳定电场压裂裂缝监测技术

Fracturing fissure monitoring technology in stable electric field

摘要:

在压裂施工时,对压裂施工井加载稳定电压电场,同时在地面设计和布置测点时,监测地面测点和压裂井筒间的电位差。由于井筒和压裂裂缝中充满良导体,内部电位处处相等,相当于监测地面与裂缝前端电位差。在自主研发的高精度电位法监测仪基础上,利用这种监测工艺和方法,能够实时监测压裂裂缝起裂点每个时刻的裂缝方位和长度,监测数据解释结果清晰地显示了裂缝在地层中的整个发育过程。同时,多井监测结果显示,在压裂过程中,压裂裂缝主要发育单裂缝、相邻的双裂缝和网状裂缝,形成了稳定电场压裂裂缝监测技术。该技术也可以应用于注水、调剖等油田储层开发过程。

Abstract:

The stable electric field is loaded on fracturing wells during fracturing operation. Meanwhile, the measuring points are designed and allocated on surface to monitor the potential difference between the surface monitoring point and fracturing shaft. Due to the shaft and fracturing cracks are fulfilled by good conductors, the internal potential is equal everywhere, and equivalent to the potential difference between monitoring surface and crack front. Based on the independently developed high-precision potential monitor, the above monitoring process and method were used to realize the real-time monitoring on the start point of fracturing crack as well as crack azimuth and length at each moment. The monitoring data interpretation results clearly show the whole development process of fracturing cracks in the formation. Meanwhile, multi-well monitoring results display that in the fracturing process, fracturing cracks are mainly developed as single fissures, adjacent dual fissures and reticular fissures, forming the fracturing crack monitoring technology in stable electric field. This technology can also be applied in water injection and profile control during the development process of oil reservoirs.
