超低温新型树脂涂敷砂及人工井壁防砂技术

The new ultralow-temperature resin coated sand and artificial borehole wall sand control technology

摘要:

一种新型的超低温(固结温度≥20℃)条件下快速固化的树脂涂覆砂。应用树脂预包砂原理及化学固结防砂技术方法,将超低温快固树脂胶结体系和其固化体系分别包覆在石英砂表面,制成A、B剂,然后在A、B剂上再包覆一层隔离剂,使其干燥后形成互不黏连、流动性好的树脂涂覆砂。施工时采用内固化单液法,用清水或者脱油污水携带树脂涂覆砂进入防砂目的层,在地层温度下自行快速固结,形成具有较高强度和渗透率的人工井壁,从而达到控制油水井出砂的目的。通过室内及现场试验验证:树脂涂覆砂具有低温条件下快速固化(6 h初凝)、高强度(大于10 MPa)、高渗(大于4 D)性能的特点,形成了超低温高渗高强度人工井壁防砂技术,满足20℃以上地层温度及冬季低温施工的要求,能够解决低温出砂井化学防砂占井时间长、有效期短的难题。该技术研究成功后现场应用162井次,平均防砂有效期1.5 a,防砂效果良好。

Abstract:

A new type of resin coated sand that can rapidly solidify under ultralow-temperature(consolidation temperature of 20℃ or higher) was developed. Using the resin-coated prepacked sand principle and chemical consolidation sand control technology, the ultralow-temperature rapid-solidification resin cement system and its curing system were packaged on the surface of quartz sand to prepare Agent A and B. Then the Agent A and B were coated by a layer of separant, so as to form the resin coated sand without mutual adhesion but with good fluidity after drying. The internal curing single-fluid method was adopted during construction. Fresh water or deoiling waste water carried resin coated sand into the sand-control target layer, leading to rapid consolidation under formation temperature. On this basis, the artificial borehole wall with high strength and permeability was formed to achieve the sand control in oil water well. Through indoor and field tests, it has been verified that the resin coated sand has the characteristics of fast curing at low temperature(6 hours for initial setting), high strength(>10 Mpa) and high permeability(>4 D), based on which the ultralow-temperature high-permeability high-strength artificial borehole wall sand control technology is developed. It can satisfy the requirements of construction under the formation temperature more than 20℃ and low temperature in winter, and solve the problems such as long well-occupation time and short valid period of chemical sand control in low-temperature sand well. Being applied on site in 162 wells after invention, this technology has the average sand control valid period of a year and a half, showing a good sand control effect.
