小井眼固井顶替效率研究

摘要: 通过数学物理方法,推导出了小井眼固井顶替过程中液体环空层流流动方程组,通过保形变换、数值差分等处理,成功地编制出了计算机运算程序,得出了液体环空层流速度场、流量场分布规律.根据这套软件计算出了最佳小井眼环空结构、水泥浆n、K值范围、偏心度等参数.根据相似理论,制造了两套摸拟实验装置,通过小井眼冲洗、顶替实验,得出环空结构、水泥浆性能、泥浆性能、静止时间等一系列因素对于小井眼顶替效率的影响程度,最终提出了提高小井眼固井顶替效率的途径和方法.

Abstract: By using the mathematical and physical methods,this paper presents the derivation of annular liquid laminar flow equation group in the process of slimhole cementing displacement.According to the conformal transformation and numerical difference,the distribution of flow field and annular liquid laminar velocity field is gained; the computer-calculating program is successfully made. Using this software, the optimal parameters, such as slimhole annular structure, n, k value of slurry and slimhole eccentricity,are derived.Based on similarity theory,two sets of experimental simulating devices are manufactured.Through experiments of slimhole washing and displacement,we conclude the results of slimhole displacement efficiency influenced by factors,such as annular conditions,slurry performance,mud performance and static time and so on.The methods and approaches of improving slimhole cementing displacement efficiency are finally suggested.
