空气横掠绕片和镶片管簇的放热和阻力的试验研究

Abstract: Finned tube heat exchangers are widely used in industry and particularly in the field of heating and cooling. Two correlations of heat transfer of different rows based on outer surface of bare tube, as well as the correlation of pressure drop of different rows, are introduced in this paper, using linear regression analysis. The root diameter is regarded as the equivalent diameter. These correlations can be used in designing air coolers and heaters.

摘要: 翅片管换热器广泛应用于工业之中,特别是加热和冷却,对石油炼厂有着广泛的应用。本文采用线性回归分析,提出了两种管簇的以光管外表面为基准、各种管排数的管外放热综合关联式。同时提出了以翅根直径作为当量直径的各种管排数的阻力计算综合关联式。这些关联式可用于空气冷却器和加热器的设计计算。
