用风速单参数谱法估算海洋石油钢结构腐蚀疲劳寿命问题的探讨

Abstract: This paper discusses the estimation ctf corrosion fatigue life of offshore steel structures based on fracture mechanics. The factors affecting on the fatigue damage of structures, such as the probability of sea states, stress rages, stress ratio and loading frequency of random loads were considered. Gorrosion fatigue tests in sea water environment of ASTM A537 steel specimen were provided, and the fatigue property parameters of the steel were given according to the test results.The probability distribution of sea states of Bahai Bay was also investigated, and the method to estimate the stress spectrum of structures in various sea states by means of wind wave spectrum was proposed. An estimation formula was derived to calculate the corrosion fatigue life of offshore steel structures.

摘要: 本文是以断裂力学方法为基础来估算海洋钢结构构件腐蚀疲劳寿命的,其中考虑了各种海况的出现概率以及随机载荷的应力幅、应力比和加载频率对构件疲劳损伤的影响.本文介绍了ASTMA537钢试件在海水介质中的腐蚀疲劳实验,并确定了此种钢材的腐蚀疲劳特性参数.本文还介绍了用风速单参数海浪谱来估算构件在各种海况下的应力谱的方法.最后导出了腐蚀菠劳寿命的估算公式.
