Abstract: According to the reliability theory,the failure-tree for drilling rig is set up,and the reliability parameters of the system and every components are calculated.The instantaneous reliability analysis of the rig system is made,and the reliability function of the components is received.Based on this,the models for estimating maintaince-management and economic effieiency are established.The management efficiency of the employed facility is improved,and the devotion is economized by using the models.The management efficiency is raised.

摘要： 在役设备管理是企事业管理的重要组成部分,石油钻井行业对此一直比较重视,但是目前的管理状况还存在着很多问题。以石油钻机为研究对象,利用可靠度理论,确立了石油钻机的故障树,计算了系统及各基本部件的可靠性参数,对钻机系统进行了瞬时可靠度分析,同时,确定了石油钻机系统的可靠度指标,得到了石油钻机各基本部件的可靠度函数。根据可靠度函数,建立了以可靠度为准则的维修管理及经济评价模型。利用该模型,可以提高现场设备管理的效率,节约经济投入,使石油钻机系统的维修管理达到科学化、信息化的水平.
