Efficient development technologies and application effects of tight sandstone gas in Ordos Basin

摘要: 鄂尔多斯盆地致密气资源丰富,经过20年的开发实践与技术攻关,建成中国最大的天然气生产基地之一。鄂尔多斯盆地气藏开发阶段可划分为评价阶段、建产阶段、稳产及提高采收率阶段3个阶段,评价阶段建立了陆相致密气沉积模式和开发理论,形成了以低成本开发为核心的富集区优选和开发指标评价等关键技术,助推了储量的有效动用;建产阶段随着地质认识的加深和提高单井产量的需求,形成了井型井网优化和储层压裂改造技术,支撑了产量的快速提升;稳产与提高采收率阶段持续加深储层精细描述,形成了以提高储量动用程度为核心的提高采收率技术系列,辅以大平台工厂化作业模式进一步降本增效,保障了气田开发效益和开发效果。建议持续开展富集区精细挖潜、致密区"上下古"立体开发、富水区效益动用等关键技术攻关,完善低产低效井综合治理措施,推动开发水平和开发效益的不断提升。

Abstract: Ordos Basin is rich in tight gas resources, after 20 years of development practices and technical innovations, it has become China’s largest natural gas production base. The gas reservoir development process is divided into 3 stages of evaluation, production establishment, stable production and recovery enhancement. During the evaluation stage, a continental tight gas depositional model and development theory were established, as well as key technologies such as low-cost development strategies, preferential selection of enrichment zones, and evaluation of development indicators, which promoted effective reserve utilization. In the production establishment stage, the increasing geological understandings and the demand for improving single-well output led to the development of well type and well pattern optimization and reservoir fracturing stimulation techniques, supporting a rapid increase in production. In the stable production and recovery enhancement stage, precise reservoir characterization continued to be improved, forming a series of recovery enhancement technologies with a focus on improving reserve utilization. Supported by a large-platform, factory-like operation mode, these technologies can reduce costs and increase efficiency, thus ensuring the benifit and effectiveness of gas field development. The recommendations include tackling problems in key technologies, such as continuously implementing fine potental tapping, three-dimensional development of Upper and Lower Paleozoic tight zones, as well as efficient utilization in water-rich areas, and improving comprehensive treatment measures for low-production and inefficient wells. These efforts aim to continuously enhance development levels and benefits.
