摘要: 将应力分类设计法与结构可靠性设计相结合,通过连接边缘进行压力容器壳体设计,充分考虑各类应力的不同特性以及各设计参数的随机波动性,为应力分类设计法及结构可靠性理论的实际应用注入了新的内容.通过设计实例,阐述了应力分类可靠性设计的具体步骤.

Abstract: The method of stress classification design and that of structure reliability design are combined in this paper.The shell of pressure vessel is designed through the link point of head and cylinder,considering fully different specific property of variable stress and the randomness of each design parameter.The new method is valuable for practical use of stress classification method and structure reliability theory.Finally,the detail procedure of the stress classification reliability design is presented by a instance.
