Abstract: Failure of offshore petroleum structures under sea ice conditions is investigated in detail by field observation,ice-induced dynamic analysis and calculations as well as fatigue and fracture tests.The most important elements causing and redoubling the failure of the structures are pointed out and the essential cause to the failure is found out.Some specific practices for structural design,safe employment,inspection and repairation of platforms in sea ice are established,some related work that should be done are proposed and emphasized also.

摘要: 通过现场观测、动力分析计算和疲劳断裂试验,比较全面地分析了海冰环境中海洋石油平台的破坏,指出了引起和加重平台冰激破坏的几个重要方面,得到了海冰作用下结构破坏的本质原因,并对平台的结构设计、安全作业和使用提出了具体的规定,强调了今后需要加强和改进的工作,对平台设计、使用和维护具有现实的指导作用。
