Abstract: Low mature oil as an important kind of oil－gas resources has catched most petroleum geologists and geochemists' attention and caused their great interest day by day,but from published papers that have relation to studies of this kind of oil,we can almost see all of them focus their attention on characteristics and hydrocarbon generation mechanism.Therefore,it is rarely to get a sight of papers with regard to the study of geological distribution characteristics of this kind of oil.To explore effectively this kind of oil,it is necessary to study and sum up the geological distribution characteristics of this kind of oil.For this purpose,the authors investigated 14 basins in China where exists low mature oil and studied this kind of oil from regional distribution characteristics,buried depth,ages of the oil layers and so on.Based on the studies,the authors point out that low mature oil not only distributes extensively in regions of China,but also mainly congregates in regions of eastern China.The age of the great majority of oil－generating layers is in Tertiary.In general,the oil reservoirs have many types and they may be located at different places in oil and gas basins,and most of them are buried shallow less than 3,000 meters and controlled by formation and lithology,especially by sedimentary tectonics.After discussing possible factors of influence,authors put forward the suggestions in which this kind of oil could be found much more easily.

摘要： 以往对低成熟石油的研究多集中在其有机地球化学特征、生物标志化合物和成烃机理方面,而对其地质分布的空间行为以及油藏的地质产状特征等方面研究甚少.文中主要对我国含油气盆地中低成熟石油的地质分布特征进行了统计、归纳,分别对低成熟石油区域分布特征、空间纵向埋深和产出层位的分布特征以及低成熟油藏的地质产状类型和在沉积盆地中赋存的可能位置等方面进行了详细的研讨,并在此基础上指出了低成熟石油的找油方向.
