阴离子表面活性剂对钙离子的容忍能力

摘要: 本文研究了六种磺酸盐对钙离子的容忍能力,讨论了容忍能力与磺酸盐的平均当量、单价阳离子浓度或pH之间的关系.从沉淀平衡出发,推导出了容忍能力与磺酸盐容度积之间的关系式.实验结果表明,容忍能力与平均当量之间呈半对数线性关系;适量的Na+能使磺酸盐对Cat2+的容忍能力增加;当体系的pH值增加时,容忍能力也明显增加.通过提高pH和加入三聚磷酸钠络合剂都可以提高磺酸盐对钙离子的容忍能力.另外,计算出了六种磺酸盐的容度积.

Abstract: The calcium told:;ance of 6 commercial]y available sulphonates was studied.The relatieanship between the calcium tolerance of sulphonates and its average equivalent weight,the influence of univalent cation and pH value are presented.Correlation of the calcium tolerance and the solubility product of sulphonates was found,based on the percipitation equilibrium.It turns out that the level of calcium tolerance increased logarithmically as the average equivalent weight of the sulphonates decreased,propre addition of Na+ and teh increase of PH value will lead to the increase of the calcium tolerance.
