定向井轨道控制中的地层力分析与验证

摘要: 地层力是影响定向井井眼轨道的一个重要因素.为了预测和控制井眼轨道,必须对地层力进行定量分析.本文提出了钻头各向切削指数、钻头各向切削异性指数和综合切削各向异性指数等新慨念,在此基础上,考虑实际钻头的各向切削异性、地层各向异性、地层倾角、钻压、钻头倾角、体积破碎和表面破碎等因素,推出了地层自然造斜力的普遍表达式和各种简化条件下的相应计算公式.本文运用钻压圆锥方法,考虑地层走向的影响,进一步导出了在定向钻井中计算地层变井斜力Fα和地层变方位力Fφ的一组公式.导出了临界地层倾角方程,对钻头趋向问题的经验说法作出了定量解释.文中给出多例验证,表明了上述理论分析与钻井实践具有较高的相符程度.

Abstract: The formation force is an important factor affecting the bit trajectory iar di rectional drilling.Thus it is necessary to quantitatively analyze the formation force in order to predict and control the bit trajectory,In this paper some new concepts are presented.including the drilling anisotropy index c.af the bit and total anisotropy cutting index between the bit and rock.The authors givea new consideration of the characteristics of the bit,formation anisotropy dip angle and strike,weight on bit,tilt angle of the bit,area or volume breakage,etc.A general model to calculate the fomation deviating force for either area or volume breaking of rock and its corresponding shapes in simplified conditions are established.In this paper,the formation forces affecting the changes in the inclination angle and the azimuth angle are denoted by Fα and Fφ respectively.Equations determining the magnitudes of Fα and Fφ are derived by means of WOB-cone method.The critical dip angle equation is also given.The authors give a quantitative explanation of the walking tendency of the bit with this equation.Verification tests show good agreement between theoretical analysis and practical use.
