自动旋转喷嘴的理论研究

摘要: 介绍了自动旋转喷嘴及非接触式液膜密封的工作原理;推导出密封变形公式、密封漏失量公式、压力分布公式以及喷嘴的旋转速度公式;从理论上分析了密封长度、密封间隙、喷嘴直径、喷嘴倾角及喷嘴压降等因素对喷嘴转速的影响.研究表明:非接触式密封解决了现有机械密封寿命短的问题;此密封用于高压旋转喷嘴系统是可行的.

Abstract: This paper,describes the mechanism of hydraulically rotaing jet nozzle and a non-con-tact seal andderives the formulas of seal deformation,liquid leakage from the seal,pressuredistribution in the seal and rotating speed of the nozzle.The effects of geometrical parametersof a nozzle such as exit diameter,exit inclination angle,seal length,seal clearance,and nozzlepressure on nozzle rotating speed are also studied.The results show that non-contact seal hasseveral advantages over mechanical seal and is a proper seal method in high pressure hy-draulic rotating nozzle.
