油田污水回注缓蚀剂的研制及机理

摘要: 本文研究合成了各种咪唑啉类缓蚀剂,并进一步季铵化得到一系列咪唑啉衍生物.通过挂片试验、线性极化、交流阻抗和极化曲线测试评定了缓蚀剂的性能并优选出HO-8缓蚀剂.同时研究了油田污水中H2S等因素对缓蚀性能的影响,及温度、矿化度和其它水处理药剂对缓蚀剂成膜速度的影响.采用红外光诸、核磁共振、俄歇能谱等分析技术探讨了咪唑啉类缓蚀剂的作用机理:它在金属表面吸附成膜,当H2S存在时,缓蚀剂分子与FeS形成表面络合物,因而增强了膜的保护性.HO-8缓蚀剂可作为多功能水处理药剂应用于油田污水回注处理.

Abstract: Various imidazoline corrosion inhihtors were prepared 6y reduction between aliphticacids and diethylenteriamine and further quaterized to form derivatives of inidaolines.Several test methods such as weight-loss linear polarization,polarization curve and ACimpedancewere used to evaluate the performance of corrosion inhibitor.A optimum corrosion inhibitor HO-8 was screened out from these measurement.Effect of H2S in water flooding on the prop-erties of corrosion inhibitors was studied.The effects of temperature,salt content and otherwater treatment chemicals of the speed of film forming were discussed.The AC impedanceand modern instrument analysis methods,e.g.,FT-IR,NMR and AES were applied to studythe inhibition mechanism of corrosion inhibitors.It was indicated that imidazoline moleculeswere adsorbed on the metal surface to inhibit metal corrosion.Under the action of hydrogensulfide,corrosion inhibitors react with FeS to form surface complexes and enhance the protection performance of film.Corrosion inhibitor HO-8 can be used as a multi-functional watertreatment chemical in oil field flooding water.
