聚合物对乳状液及液膜的稳定性

摘要: 通过静态法及离心法研究了聚合物(HPAM)对O/W型及W/O型两种乳状液稳定性的影响;采用单滴法探讨了聚合物影响乳状液及其液膜稳定性的微观机理.结果表明,聚合物显着地增加O/W型乳状液及水膜的稳定性,对W/O型乳状液及油膜稳定性影响不大;聚合物与吸附剂膜间存在相互作用,相互作用程度因界面上吸附剂不同而异.由于聚合物为水溶性高分子,能够在连续水相一侧形成粘性膜及增大空间阻力,所以它可以增加水膜强度从而减小水膜排液速度及破裂速度.聚合物水解度越高,这种影响越大.

Abstract: The effect of polymer (HPAM) on the stability of the two types of W/O and O/W emulsion have been studied by using static and centrifugal method.Meanwhile,the stabilizing machenism of polymer for emulsions and liquid membranes also have been disscussed.The results indicate that the polymer obviously increases stability of O/W type emulsion or water membrane and has a little effect on W/O type emulsion or oil membrane.The interactions between polymer and adsorbent at interface are different according to the adsorbed materials.The macromolecular polymer which dissolved in water is able to form viscous film at the side of continuous phase and also increase sterical force.So the strength of water membrane is increased and the straining and breaking rate of water membrane is decreased.The higher the hydrolytic degree of polymer is,the greater it effects.
