导向钻具组合动力学方程建立及传递函数求解

摘要: 井下闭环钻井技术是近年来在国内外得到普遍重视的新技术,是大位移井钻井必不可少的技术。作为井下闭环钻井系统核心部分的下部导向钻具组合的力学特性,则成为形成井下闭环控制的基础。从控制机理上讲,旋转导向钻具组合的控制特点与该动式导弹的控制具有一定的相似性。本文参考导弹飞行力学分析方法,通过对导向钻具组合的受力分析,探讨下部钻具组合的运动学、动力学方程的建立方法。并在此基础上,利用小扰动理论,对导向销具组合动力学方程进行线位化处理,并求出了导向钻具组合的传递函数,为实现井下闭环钻井系统提供参考。

Abstract: The downhole closed-loop drilling technology is a new developing technology. It is indispensable to the success of extended reach well. The steering assembly is the key tool of the downhole closed-loop drilling system, and its mechanics properties are the base of downhole closed-loop control. The characteristic of the rotary steering assembly is similar to that of the rotary missile. By referring to the analyzing method used in the flying mechanics, the force analysis was made to the steering assembly and relative kinematics equations and dynamics equations were established in this paper. With the perturbation theory, the dynamics equations were linearized and the transfer functions for steering assembly of the downhole closed-loop drilling system were solved. The characteristics of the transfer functions were also analysed. The results and studying method will be useful to the downhole closed-loop drilling system.
