热输原油管道瞬态压力波法泄漏点定位研究

摘要: 快速检测出管道泄漏的发生并准确确定泄漏点的位置能够减少损失、减轻危害,是一项迫切需求的管道检测技术。针对我国原油长输管道需加热输送的特点,本文分析了常规瞬态压力波定位方法的缺陷,研究了原油沿程温降对原油物性和压力波在所输介质中传播速度的影响,首次提出了一种新的热油管道瞬态压力波法泄漏点定位方法,并采用小波变换技术捕捉压力被的拐点,提高了泄漏点定位的精度。

Abstract: Leak detection is a significant part of pipeline malfunctions detection. It is required to detect the occurrence of leak immediately and to locate the exact leaking position. Heating is needed during long transportation of crude oil, and the shortage of the traditional instantaneous pressure wave location method is described. The effect of fluid temperature difference along the pipeline on the fluid pressure wave velocity inside the pipeline is investigated. A new pressure wave leak point instantaneous location method is presented. The wavelet transform is used to get the featured inflection point of pressure wave. The new location method increases the accuracy of leak location.
