盐膏层蠕变粘弹性流体模型及有限元分析

Viscous and elastic flow module for gypseous salt creep and finite element analyses

摘要: 将盐膏层作为线性Maxwell流体,建立了平面应变问题的粘弹性力学模型,实测了江汉油田王80-3井不同时段内的井径变化.借助模型辨识理论及运用有限元方法,研究了盐膏层蠕变与时间的关系、套管在均匀及非均匀载荷作用下的应力分布、套管制造缺陷(不圆、不匀度)对套管应力的影响以及水泥环对套管的保护作用等,所得结果为工程实际应用提供了定量的参考依据,具有很好的推广应用价值.

Abstract: The gypseous salt is taken as linear Maxwell flows,and a viscous and elastic mechanics model for plane strain features is established.The hole diameter differences of various and sections in Wang 80-3 well in Jianghan Oil Field have been measured.With the help of finite element method and model recognization theory,association of time and gypseous salt creep deformation, the strain distribution of casings-heterogeneous and homogeneous loads, the effects of manufacturing defects on casing stress and the cement band protection to them are studied.The results obtained in this study may provide quantitative and referential evidence for practical engineering and have an important value popularization.
