低活性剂浓度三元复合体系驱油效果实验研究

Laboratory evaluation of flooding efficiency for ASP solution of lower surfactant and alkaline concentration in the Daqing Oil Field

摘要: 近年来,三元复合驱作为一种最具发展潜力的提高采收率方法已在大庆油田投入多个矿场试验,取得了较好的增油效果.但由于现有三元复合体系化学剂费用投入大,经济效益差,使其应用受到极大限制.采用数值模拟方法对三元复合驱剩余油分布特征进行了较为系统的研究,结果发现,三元复合驱在一定程度上加重了油藏“层间和平面”矛盾.在此基础上,通过数值模拟方法对复合体系配方进行筛选,并利用物理模拟方法对优化配方的驱油效果进行了评价,采收率提高幅度超过20%,节约化学剂费用30%以上.实验结果表明,“低活性剂、低碱浓度、高聚合物浓度”三元复合体系是一种高效、廉价的驱油体系.

Abstract: In recent years, a few of pilot tests of alkaline-surfactant-olymer(ASP) flooding have been conducted in the Daqing Oil Field, and better flooding efficiency has been obtained. It is possible for ASP floodign to become a beneficial FOR method if volumes of chemical agency might decrease largely. In this paper, characteristics of residual oiI distribution after ASP flooding are researched by numerical calculation, in which ASP solution used in the Daqing pilot tests is also selected as flooding solution. The experimental results show that saturation differential of residual oil between area near main streamline and area far away become larger than that of water.floodign because of much higher flooding effciency from ASP solution. Taking this as basics, a group of new formulations for ASP solution have been designed by numerical calculation. The five-spot physical model with heterogeneous characteristics of the Daqing Oil Field has been used to evaluate flooding efficiency of these formulations. The experimental resuits show that ASP flooding, in which volume of chemical agency is lower than that of nomal ASP solution, has obtamed more than 5% increment of oil recovery.
