混注蒸汽与非凝析气的井筒流动动态分析

摘要: 建立多组分混合流体的井筒蒸汽干度和温度梯度模型,利用Begs-Brill方法研究了不同注汽条件下的井筒气液两相流动动态.结果表明,混注非凝析气能够使得蒸汽组分的分压降低,蒸汽干度提高,混注烟道气时井底干度可提高5%-10%;与单纯注蒸汽相比,烟道气混注的流体重力梯度较小,沿程流体温度和压力相对降低;井筒流体流态以分散流或段塞流为主,混注非凝析气时气液比较大,流态以分散流为主.

Abstract: Wellbore steam duality and temperature gradient models for multicomponents mixture gas have been built up coupled with viscosity of mixture gas. Beggs-Brill pressure gradient model has been used to compute the wellbore performance of two.phase flow. It has been shown that steam quality at tubing shoe can be increased with non-condensed gas as additives,and there is 5%~10% incemental of steam quality from the mixed injection with flue gas. Both bottom hole temperature and pressure have been reduced than that of steam injection only,and dispersion and slug flow patterns are the dominant ones.
