直井底部钻柱运动状态的实验研究

Experimental research on motion behavior of bottom drill string in straight hole

摘要: 根据相似理论,设计并建立了底部钻柱动力学研究试验装置,利用该装置进行了直井底部钻柱在不同钻压、转这条件下运动特征的实验。实验结果表明,底部受压钻柱在不同转速条件下表现出规则摆动、无规则摆动和规则反向涡动三种运动状态。随转速的增加,钻柱的横向运动逐渐由规则摆动向无规则摆动和规则反向涡动转化。钻压和转速是影响钻柱运动状态的两个主要因素,转速越高,越容易形成规则涡动;增加钻压会阻碍底部钻柱无规则摆动和规则涡动的形成。实验结果表明,在防料问题上也存在最优钻压-转速配合的问题。

Abstract: According to the principle of similitude, an experimental device for investigating the motion behaviors of bottom drill string was designed and set up. Some experiments have been done by means of the device under different weights on bit and rotary speeds. The result shows that the bottom drill string exhibits three kinds of motion states at different rotary speeds and a certain weight on bit, including regulax swaying, irregular swaying and regular whirling. With the increase in rotary speed, the motion state of drill string will be successively transformed from regular swaying into irregular swaying and regular whirling. The weight on bit and rotary speed are the main factors affecting the motion behavior of drill string. The higher the rotary speed is, the more easily the regular whirling will be formed. And increasing weight on bit can prevent irregular swaying and regular whirling from appearance at the bottom drill string. The analysis on experimental result shows that there is an optimum match between weight on bit and rotary speed to prevent hole inclination.
