Casson流体轴向同心环空中速度及温度分布研究

Velocity and temperature profiles of Casson fluid flow in annulus pipe

摘要: 将非牛顿流体动量方程、能量方程与Casson流体的本构方程相结合,推导出了Casson流体在轴向同心环空中的速度和温度分布公式.数值研究结果表明,由于Casson屈服应力的作用,轴向同心环空内存在柱塞流动,柱塞的大小与Casson屈服应力成正比,与压力梯度成反比.在其他相同的条件下,柱塞速度随环空尺寸的增大而增大.柱塞内温度呈对数曲线变化,柱塞外侧温度与内侧温度不同,从柱塞边界到管壁,温度逐渐减小.越靠近管壁,温度降低幅度越大.

Abstract: Combining the constitutive equation for Casson fluid with the momentum equation and the energy equation for non-Newtonian fluid,the velocity and the temperature profiles of Casson fluid in annular pipe were obtained.The numerical simution results show that there is slug flow in the plunger-cylinder of the annulus pipe,because of the existence of Casson yield stress.The size of the slug in the plunger-cylinder is in direct proportion to the Casson yield stress and inverse proportion to the pressure drop.As the size of the annular space increased,the velocity of the slug flow in the plunger-cylinder was raised.The temperature profile in the plunger-cylinder was in a logarithmic distribution,and the temperature outside of the plunger-cylinder decreased gradually from the boundary of the plunger-cylinder to the pipe wall.The temperature drop near to the pipe wall became the biggest.
