基于粒子图像测速技术的垂直管螺旋流研究

Study on spiral flow in vertical pipe using the particle image velocimetry

摘要: 为了研究牛顿流体和非牛顿流体螺旋流在垂直管中的流动规律,利用粒子图像测速技术测量了水和3种不同质量浓度的聚合物溶液在不同切向进入速度的条件下垂直管中的螺旋流瞬时速度场。对不同介质螺旋流的轴向速度的分布规律、径向速度的分布规律、边界层的特性和螺旋流的压降与切向进入速度关系的研究发现,垂直管中非牛顿流体和牛顿流体螺旋流的轴向速度是凹形且呈双峰的分布趋势;且黏度越大,双峰的趋势越明显。在轴向速度方向上存在回流,径向速度近似以中心反对称分布,边界层的厚度较小。给出了垂直管中不同介质螺旋流压降的计算模型。

Abstract: In order to study the rules of spiral flow of the Newtonian and non-Newtonian medium fluids in the vertical pipe,the particle image velocimetry was used to measure the characteristics of the velocity field for the spiral flow of water and HPAM chromo with three kinds of mass concentrations in different tangential velocity.The distribution of axial velocity and radial velocity,the characteristics of the boundary layer and the relationship between pressure drop and tangential velocity of the spiral flow in the vertical pipe were investigated.It shows that the axial velocity is a kind of concave curve with double peaks.The trend of double peaks gets to be obvious with the viscosity increasing.The back flow is also observed in the axial direction.The radial velocity is anti-symmetrical as the center axis,and the thickness of the boundary layer is very thin.The calculation models are given for pressure drop of spiral flow of different media in the vertical pipe condition.
