变频器在地面驱动螺杆泵中的应用

摘要: 针对地面驱动螺杆泵抽油杆断、脱频繁及单井提液调整参数难以控制等问题,开发了螺杆泵井的变频调速装置及自动控制系统。该系统可准确、实时地监控螺杆泵井的扭矩、转速等工况参数,并对螺杆泵井实施变频调速和自动控制。该技术的应用进一步提高了螺杆泵井的管理水平,有效地减缓了抽油杆的频繁断、脱问题,延长了螺杆泵井的检泵周期。

Abstract: The sucker rod of screw pump driven on surface is easy to be broken out, and the collar thread often got off frequently, and the adjustment of production parameters and increase of liquid production in single oil well are difficult to be realized. In order to solve above problems, a frequency conversion timing unit for screw pump well and an automatic control system were developed. The production parameters of well with screw pump, torque and rotational speed of screw pump can be monitored accurately in real time, and the production parameters can be adjusted and automatically controlled with the unit and control system. The management level for screw pump well can be improved, and the work-over period of screw pump well may be prolonged.
