斜直井眼中管柱变形参数仿真实验

Experimental imitation of tubular buckling parameters in slant well

摘要: 根据物理相似原理,设计了井眼中管柱屈曲变形的小尺寸模拟实验装置,利用该装置对管柱在斜直井眼中的钻压传递规律、位移与载荷的关系以及临界屈曲载荷进行了研究.通过改变管柱变形微分方程中包含的无因次轴力、无因次摩擦系数和无因次轴力分布系数的值,对管柱在斜直井中的临界载荷、载荷传递效率、变形效应等进行了模拟实验.由钻压传递、位移及载荷的实验结果与理论计算曲线相比较得知,两者之间的最大差值不超过10%,理论临界屈曲载荷与实验求得的临界屈曲载荷之差不超过6%.其结果可为修正理论模型提供依据.

Abstract: Based on the physical similitude principle,a small-scale simulator of tubular buckling in well was designed.The relationship of the drilling pressure transition and displacement with loading in slant well was experimented with the tubular buckling simulator by changing the non-dimensional axial force,non-dimensional friction factor and non-dimensional axial force distribution factor got from the buckling differential equation.The curves of load transference,relationship between force and displacement,and critical buckling during the tubular buckling were obtained.The difference of the theoretic and experimental curves is less than 10 percent,and the difference of theoretic critical buckling load and experimental critical buckling load is less than 6 percent.These results of experiment can provide the bases for modifying the theoretical models.
