水驱油藏剩余油饱和度分布预测的函数法

摘要: 由Buckley-Leverett油水两相饱和度面移动方程可知,水相分流量关于含水饱和度的导数(即(φ)函数)是累积注入孔隙体积倍数的倒数。以此为基础,首先得到了一维均质油层模型内任一点处剩余油饱和度与累积流入液量孔隙体积倍数的关系,然后将这一关系推广到三维非均质油藏,建立了一种简便、实用的剩余油分布数值模拟预测方法。与传统的油藏数值模拟方法比较,在对压力场和饱和度场分布进行计算时,对应的方程不必联立求解,只须相继求解即可,而且对时间步长和空间步长的比例没有约束。另外,这种方法还避免了求饱和度分布时的反复迭代和解巨大方程组的运算,运算过程不存在解的不收敛、不稳定问题,大大提高了运算效率。同时还便于充分利用更多的生产、测试资料,可实现数值模拟自动历史拟合。在油田现有微机条件下,该方法可用于水驱开发油田剩余油分布预测。

Abstract: Based on the Buckley-Leverett equation (φ-Function),the relationship between residual oil saturation and the pore volume of cumulative fluid flow rate in one-dimensional homogeneous formation model was established.This relationship was applied to three-dimensional heterogeneous reservoirs.A simple and practical modeling method for predicting the distribution of residual oil in a reservoir after long-term water drive was developed.Compared with the traditional reservoir simulation technique,the new method does not need to solve the discrete nonlinear equations fully coupled or simultaneously,while solving pressure and saturation fields.The new method needs a sequential algorithm in the solution.In addition,the new method has no limit for ratio of time step size to fineness(or coarseness) in spatial discretization,which avoids computational intensity in solving large and sparse matrix systems of discrete mass-balance equations for multiphase flow.Furthermore,there is no non-convergence and instability during numerical computation,which significantly improves the efficiency of numerical modeling.The new method can be used to incorporate various types of production and measured data from reservoirs and perform automatic history matching.This scheme makes it possible to predict residual oil distribution using personal computer with incorporation of large and actual field data sets.
