长输管道站间最优压头分配动态规划模型与算法

摘要: 以全线的总动力费为目标函数.建立了长距离输油管道站间压头最优分配的动态规划模型HADP.考虑到一个泵站在开泵和压力越站两种情况一下的进站压力上限不同,该模型引入了状态特征数,从而巧妙地处理了压力越站问题.该模型允许泵站为密闭或开式流程,管线匕可设有分支点,各泵站的输油泵可采用级差调节或无级调速方式.针对HARP模型的特点.本文提出了一种适于在计算机上实现的“同步递推”算法.该算法的主要特点是各阶段的状态递推、函数递推、状态合并及去冗运算同步交又迸行,因而其具有较高的时间和空间效率.本文的模型和算法已编成通用的计算机程序,并已成功地应用于铁岭至秦皇岛输油管道.

Abstract: A head allocation dynamic programming(HADP)model is established to optinuze the pump station pressure head in a trunk pipeline with the overall power cost for the pipeline as the objective function.A characterizing number of pump station operation state is introduced to deal with "pump bypassing",which,together with "pump on" represents the operation states with different upper limits for inlet pressure.Operatican conditions of closed system or open system,with or without branching point,rate regu lotion by changing impeller or changing motor speed are allowed far in the mode.A concurrent recursion algorithm is presented to make operation states recursion,funetional recursion,combination of operation.states,and redundancy elimination overlap concurrently so as to save computing time and storage space.A general computer program has been developed for this model and algorithm and has been used successfully in the trunk pipeline Tieling-Qinhuangdao.
