定向井中钻柱摩擦阻力的研究

摘要: 针对井眼中钻住的实际情况,综合考虑了钻柱拉力、浮力、钻住刚度、并眼状态及几何尺寸、洗井液枯滞力等因素对摩擦阻力的影响,从钻住的空间受力和力矩平衡原理出发,应用微分几何理论,建立了比较完善的接近实际钻井情况的钻柱摩擦阻力模型.应用该棋型对大庆地区8口定向并进行实际数据处理和分析,初步得出大庆萨中区井眼摩擦系数一般在0.15-0.21之间.平均摩擦系数为0.18.通过对摩擦阻力的分析可知,钻住所受侧向力和摩擦阻力沿整个钻柱并非线性分布,一般造斜段钻住所受侧向力较大,与现场情况基本吻合.

Abstract: Based on investigation for the domestic and Foreign information,the frictional drag model for full-stiffness of drillstring in cliretional well is built by analysis on the space forces and moments acting on drillstring according to differential geometry.theory,which synthetically considers the tension,buoyancy,rigidity of all drillstriag,the 6ehw for and geometrical size of the wellbore and hydrodynamic viscous drag of drilling fluids.etc.It is more perfect and conforms to the actual drilling situations.With this model.the actual data from eight directional wells in the middle part of Daqing field are dealt with and analysed.Initial result is that the frictional coefficient of wellbore is generallv 0.15——0.21 and the average value is 0.1769.Through the analysis of the frictional drag,it is known that the sideforce and fzictional force on the drillstring is not linear distribution along all the drillstring and the sideforce in tire,building angle section is tt.u ally larger.It basically coincides with oilfield phenomena.
