大庆外围探井钻井速度的影响因素分析

摘要: 对影响大庆外围探井钻井速度的地质因素及钻井工程技术因素(井身结构、钻井设备和钻井液)进行了分析,制定了合理的设计方案和井身优化结构。通过合理降低上部大井眼岩屑切削面积及合理增加中下部复杂井段井身结构,采用先进的钻井工艺技术,进一步优选了钻头,试验和推广了低压和负压钻井等新工艺新技术,加强了对固控技术的研究,改进了现有钻井工艺。这些技术措施的实施提高了大庆外围地区深探井的钻井速度。

Abstract: There are some geologic and engineering factors affecting drilling speed in deep wells in Daqing peripheral oilfields, such as wellbore structure, drilling devices and drilling fluid. Various complex problems encountered during drilling process of deep wells seriously inhibited drilling speed. The geologic factors and mechanical drilling technology was analyzed. The new experimental plan and techniques for optimizing wellbore and improving drilling technologies were proposed. The drilling velocity of the exploratory wells and the exploration speed of natural gas in the peripheral oilfields of Daqing Oil Field were enhanced by the use of the new techniques.
