依据油藏与井筒耦合关系建立水平井分段采油优化模型

Optimization models of separated production scheme in horizontal wells based on reservoir-wellbore coupling

摘要:

对于水平井的分段采油,考虑到裸眼完井方式下水平井井筒内管流与油藏渗流的耦合关系,建立了封闭油藏、定压油藏的两个新耦合模型。针对这两个新耦合模型,建立了以水平段每段长度和中心点位置为研究对象的新水平井分段采油优化模型。在保持井产量最高的前提下,分段利用遗传算法最终给出了一套具有实际应用价值的水平井最优分段方案。对于油藏厚度、开采时间等重要参数发生变化时产量的变化规律进行了讨论,给出了几种情况下的典型曲线,可用于水平井分段采油设计。

Abstract:

Based on the reservoir-wellbore coupling relation of horizontal well completed by taking the horizontal well as open hole, two coupling models including no flow boundary and constant pressure boundary reservoirs were built up. For the two coupling models, the new optimization models for the separated production scheme in the horizontal wells were developed, taking the length and location of horizontal intervals as research objects. On the premise that oil production is the largest, the most optimized scheme for planning intervals of the horizontal wells is proposed by using the genetic algorithm. The change rules of oil production were discussed with the change of parameters such as thickness of layer and operation time. The plots of typical curves are given,which are useful for the separated production scheme of horizontal wells.
